About DivineInk

DivineInk is located in beautiful downtown Oliver, BC. Initially started by Oliver Brown, he has served Northern BC since 2011 with clients traveling not only from all over the Northwest but also from around the world. After over a decade of service in Northern BC, they have planted their roots in the sunny Okanagan.

DivineInk is a tight-knit crew of five individuals consisting of three full-time tattoo artists, a full-time body piercer and a manager whom holds it all together.

DivineInk will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, unless we have a parent in person to sign their waiver for them and they can produce valid government issued Photo ID for both parties that have matching last names. We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 13, nor will we perform genital or nipple piercings on anyone under the age of 18 regardless of parental consent. In addition, due to safety and insurance concerns, DivineInk are unable to allow children in the studio. In consideration of other clients, please make childcare arrangements before coming to the studio. Please also be advised that we accept cash, debit and major credit cards.

At DivineInk safety is paramount, we operate to health board standards and are health board approved. We use all sterile equipment including disposable tattoo needles as well as single use tattoo grips. We use a barrier shield on every surface that will be utilized during procedures. These are just a few of the many steps we take to keep you safe.

Our tattoo and piercing aftercare is extensive and has been written and amended by the artists at the shop so we have an excellent understanding of how you should care for your body modifications and walk you through every step as well as give you written instructions. If you ever have any questions please be sure to call us! We are professionals, we pride ourselves on our quality and knowledge. We have all completed formal apprenticeships and received extensive training and we want to help you in any way we can with the application and healing of your modifications.

Oliver Brown is the owner and lead artist with more than 20 years of experience. He can do it all but he specializes in black and grey realism and portraiture and loves doing large projects for people. Jimbow North is the second artist at the D. He's been tattooing since before you were born and even mentored Oliver as well as gave Oliver his FIRST tattoo! Jimbow likes doing little bangers and vibrantly, colorful flash pieces. Mike G is Jimbow's apprentice and a bright, young up-and-comer in the tattoo industry. With 2 years tattoo experience under his belt, he's come out swinging with his brilliantly colorful designs and taste for weird and silly tattoo ideas. DivineInk also has a full time body piercer, Malcolm Campbell, a driven professional with many satisfied clients under his belt. These artists are kept in line and everything is held together by the manager, Victoria Meierhofer, who covers all aspects of studio management from receiving clients and phone calls to clean-up.

At DivineInk we pride ourselves on the relationships built through our art. Here you will meet the most down-to-earth group of individuals who will treat you like family, not just a client.

The first thing you will notice at the studio is the warm welcome you receive upon entering, amazing decor, a very chill vibe and the best music blasting from the speakers.

Our crew also develop strong interpersonal relationships with all clients. We will work closely with you in the development of your tattoo or piercing, providing you with keen insight and honest opinions along the way. It’s your body mod, after all and you should love it forever!

And your relationship with us doesn’t end once you walk out that door. If you require tattoo touch-ups, they’re free! Our resident piercer provides aftercare tips along the healing journey as well as follow-ups after your piercing. We care about your well-being and satisfaction!
